Enroll For Free

Start by submitting the enrollment form.

Once we receive your information, a member of our team will contact you to learn more about your organization, your purchasing needs, and the products you are interested in.

During this step, you’ll complete a Letter of Participation (LOP) for your preferred products and agree on an estimated purchasing quantity. This volume commitment is based on your actual needs — it does not have to be excessive.

Browse & Order

After enrollment, you’ll get access to the ArtMedSupply platform.

From your account, you can browse available vendor programs, manage your organization profile, add team members, track orders, and review invoices.

Once an order is placed, payment is made directly to the vendor according to the agreed terms, which may include a 30-day payment window depending on the program. You’ll also be able to track shipment status and estimated delivery time.
