Start by submitting the enrollment form.
Once we receive your information, a member of our team will contact you to learn more about your organization, your purchasing needs, and the products you are interested in.
During this step, you’ll complete a Letter of Participation (LOP) for your preferred products and agree on an estimated purchasing quantity. This volume commitment is based on your actual needs — it does not have to be excessive.
After enrollment, you’ll get access to the ArtMedSupply platform.
From your account, you can browse available vendor programs, manage your organization profile, add team members, track orders, and review invoices.
Once an order is placed, payment is made directly to the vendor according to the agreed terms, which may include a 30-day payment window depending on the program. You’ll also be able to track shipment status and estimated delivery time.

Yes. Enrollment is free, with no membership fee required to access available vendor programs through ArtMedSupply.
No. Pricing is only available to enrolled members because the product prices are pre-negotiated through our vendor programs.
Once enrolled, members can access available vendor programs, view eligible products, and place orders through the ArtMedSupply platform.
ArtMedSupply currently supports pharmacies, hospitals and clinics looking for access to preferred purchasing opportunities and pre-negotiated vendor programs.
Some vendor programs may require a volume commitment to access pre-negotiated pricing. Terms vary by vendor and are reviewed before ordering.
